Project

Details

For this project we furnished the dining room (with one exception: the window treatments pre-existed our design). We also added a show stopping chandelier.

This project is mostly transitional with touches of a coastal feeling (thanks to all the woven texture) and touches of a traditional feel (that black Windsor bench, for example). Pops of green and black bring personality without going too wild. This old New England home was built in the 1920's - with existing design elements, like the wood stained trim, and structural elements, like the original exposed brick, we wanted to update the room with a fresh, modern feel that seamlessly tied into the historic roots of this gorgeous home.
