Operations Manager
Lauren joined the fun in 2025. Lauren plays a key role in supporting both internal operations and client communication. She manages administrative workflows and ensures current clients are set up for success by sharing important information and keeping everyone informed as key dates and meetings approach.
She also oversees the studio’s day-to-day social media presence, facilitating the Gray Oak Studio Instagram page by sharing design inspiration, project updates, and behind-the-scenes moments. With a background as a local makeup artist, Lauren brings a strong artistic sensibility and creative eye to everything she does.
Outside of the studio, Lauren loves exploring new restaurants with her husband, attending her daughter's cheerleading competitions and watching her son's basketball games. As a family they enjoy skiing, boating, cooking and playing board games together.
