Director of Operations & Marketing

Laura joined Gray Oak Studio in 2023 and is a driving force behind keeping day-to-day operations running seamlessly as the studio continues to grow. She brings a strong background in marketing across the legal and real estate industries, along with an aptitude for structure, organization, and forward thinking.

A natural problem-solver, Laura enjoys identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflows. She brings a process-driven mindset to everything she does. Approaching things like a puzzle, she excels at uncovering what isn’t quite working and fits the right pieces together to develop solutions that allow everything to run more smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of the studio, Laura spends much of her time cheering on her daughters at hockey and softball games or walking her energetic black lab, Frank. She loves gardening in all forms, from vegetables to flowers to an ever-growing collection of indoor plants, and if she’s watching TV, it’s almost always a true crime documentary. When it comes to vacations, Laura’s rule is simple: somewhere sunny, warm, and near a beach.
